本页目前仅提供韩文版本,中文版即将推出。

1. Nature of the Program

GLOBAL K-CAMPUS is a tourism program provided by a travel agency registered under the Tourism Promotion Act.

2. Entry Requirements Are the Participant's Own Responsibility

Obtaining the K-ETA or visa required for entry into the Republic of Korea is the participant's own responsibility. The Company does not act on the participant's behalf or guarantee entry.

Before applying, please confirm the requirements applicable to your nationality.

3. K-ETA (Electronic Travel Authorization)

  1. Nationals of countries eligible for visa-free entry to Korea may be required to apply for K-ETA in advance.
  2. Some nationalities may be exempt from K-ETA; please check the official website.
  3. Because the application, review, and approval process takes time, please apply at least 72 hours before departure, and it is recommended to allow additional time.
  4. Official website: https://www.k-eta.go.kr/portal/newapply/index.do

K-ETA approval does not guarantee entry. The final decision on entry is made by the immigration officer.

4. Visa

Nationals of countries not eligible for visa-free entry must obtain a tourist visa (C-3) in advance. Because the application procedure and processing time vary by country, please contact the Korean embassy or consulate in your country of residence.

5. Passport

  1. Please confirm that your passport has sufficient remaining validity. A remaining validity of at least 6 months from the date of entry is recommended.
  2. The English name provided when applying must exactly match the name shown on your passport. A mismatch may cause problems with accommodation registration, insurance enrollment, and airline tickets.

6. Entry of Minors

  1. Where a participant under the age of 18 enters Korea with an adult who is not their parent, immigration officers may require presentation of the legal guardian's consent form.
  2. Carry the original consent form. Copies may not be accepted.
  3. Because unaccompanied-minor (UM) policies vary by airline, please confirm directly with the airline before ticketing.
  4. For details of the required documents, please refer to the "Minor Participation Policy."

7. Length of Stay

The Program runs for 4 nights and 5 days, and participants are responsible for complying with their own authorized period of stay. Where a participant extends their stay before or after the Program, they must arrange their own accommodation and itinerary.

8. Where Entry Is Refused

Where a participant is unable to join the Program due to K-ETA denial, failure to obtain a visa, or refusal of entry, the general cancellation schedule under Article 2 of the "Cancellation and Refund Policy" applies.

The Company sets the application deadline at 21 days before the start date (45 days for minors accompanied by an authorized guardian), and cancellations made up to 45 days before the start date qualify for a 100% refund. Confirming entry requirements early makes a full refund possible in most cases.
