Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms and Conditions govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between K-Bridge International Co., Ltd. (Business Registration No. 296-81-04154, Representative Kiheon Kim, located at 306-150, 33 Bongnaenaru-ro, Yeongdo-gu, Busan, Republic of Korea, hereinafter the "Company") and participants in connection with the "GLOBAL K-CAMPUS" travel program (hereinafter the "Program") offered through the website kbridgeinternational.com.

Article 2 (Definitions)

1. "Program" means the 4-night, 5-day tour program operated by the Company in Busan, Republic of Korea.
2. "Participant" means a person who has agreed to these Terms, applied to join the Program, and received confirmation of participation from the Company.
3. "Guardian" means an adult participant who joins the same cohort as a participant under the age of 18 and who accompanies and supervises that minor.
4. "Cohort" means an individual operating round of the Program as designated by the Company.

Article 3 (Nature of the Program)

1. The Program is a tourism service provided by a business registered as a general travel agency (Registration No. 2026-000005, Yeongdo-gu Office, Busan) under the Tourism Promotion Act.
2. The Program does not confer a degree, academic credit, qualification, or any equivalent status. The certificate issued at the completion ceremony is solely a document certifying attendance and is not recognized as an academic or professional credential.
3. The Program is not a study-abroad or language-training course and does not support participants in obtaining residency status.

Article 4 (Formation of the Contract)

1. An offer is made when a participant completes the application form on the website, agrees to the required consent items, and completes payment.
2. The contract is formed at the time the Company notifies the participant of confirmed participation. For minor applicants, this notice is given after review of the submitted documents is complete.
3. The Company may decline to accept an offer in any of the following cases:
   1. The application contains false information
   2. The cohort has reached full capacity
   3. The applicant does not meet the eligibility requirements
   4. Required documents are not submitted by the deadline or are incomplete
4. Where the Company declines an offer, it will refund the full payment amount.

Article 5 (Eligibility to Participate)

1. Participants must be at least 11 years old as of the Program start date.
2. Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult guardian participating in the same cohort and must share a room with that guardian. Further details are governed by the "Minor Participation Policy."
3. The Program includes extended periods of walking, outdoor activities, and a yacht excursion. Participants who require confirmation of, or accommodation for, physical fitness requirements may contact the Company for individual consultation prior to applying.

Article 6 (Fees and Scope of Inclusion)

1. The Program fee is USD 550 per person.
2. The items included and excluded from the fee are as follows.

Included

• 4 nights' accommodation (shared rooms of 3-4 persons)
• 4 breakfasts, 5 lunches, 1 dinner
• Dinner allowance of KRW 50,000 (prepaid regional gift card, for 3 free dinners)
• All classes and course materials
• Day 1 traditional culture experience program
• Day 4 Busan tour, sunset yacht cruise, transportation, admission fees, and activity fees
• Baggage storage service on Days 1 and 5
• Group accident insurance for the duration of the Program
• Certificate of completion

Not included

• International airfare
• Travel insurance (participant must obtain individually)
• Visa and K-ETA fees
• Airport transfers (individually arranged)
• Personal expenses, shopping, additional food and beverages
• Amounts exceeding the dinner allowance
• Transportation other than the Day 4 tour

3. Single-occupancy rooms are not provided. All rooms are shared by 3-4 persons.
4. The Company may change the fee, but the previously applicable fee will apply to participants whose contract was already formed before the change.

Article 6-2 (Payment of Fees)

1. The Program fee is paid in two installments as follows.
   1. Deposit of USD 80: paid online at the time of application
   2. Balance of USD 470: paid on-site on Day 1 of the Program
2. The deposit is paid by a credit or debit card linked to PayPal.
3. Cards issued in the Republic of Korea and Korean PayPal accounts cannot be used to pay the deposit. This is a restriction under PayPal's policy; in such cases the participant may contact the Company to be advised of an alternative payment method.
4. The balance is paid on-site on Day 1 of the Program by credit card or in cash.
5. "Payment" in Article 4, Paragraph 1 means payment of the deposit under Paragraph 1, Item 1 of this Article.
6. Where the balance is not paid, the Company may restrict participation in the Program.

Article 7 (Obligations of Participants)

Participants must comply with the following:

1. Provide accurate information when applying, matching the English name exactly as shown on the passport
2. Secure, at their own responsibility, the passport, K-ETA, or visa required for entry into the Republic of Korea
3. Obtain travel insurance covering medical expenses in Korea, repatriation, and maritime activities including the Day 4 yacht excursion, and submit proof of coverage by the deadline set by the Company. Further details are governed by Article 10-2
4. Truthfully disclose allergies and health conditions when applying
5. Submit documents requested by the Company by the specified deadline
6. Comply with the "Program Participation Rules" and the safety instructions of tour leaders and instructors

Article 8 (Changes to the Program)

1. The content, instructors, and order of classes may change due to weather, facility conditions, instructor availability, or operational necessity.
2. The Day 4 outdoor program and sunset yacht cruise may not proceed depending on weather and sea conditions, in which case the Company will provide an alternative program of equivalent duration and value.
3. The Company will notify participants immediately upon any change under Paragraphs 1 and 2.
4. Changes to the dates, accommodation, or overall composition of the Program will be implemented only after obtaining the participant's prior consent.
5. Where a participant does not consent to a change under Paragraph 4, the participant may terminate the contract, in which case the Company will refund the full payment amount.

Article 9 (Minimum Number of Participants)

1. The minimum number of participants required to operate the Program is 30.
2. If the number of participants falls below 30 by the application deadline, the Company may cancel the relevant cohort, in which case the full payment amount will be refunded to participants.
3. The Company will notify participants without delay upon deciding to cancel.

Article 10 (Company's Liability and Exemptions)

1. The Company will exercise the care necessary for the safe operation of the Program.
2. The Company is not liable for damages arising from the following causes, except where such damages arise from the intent or negligence of the Company or its personnel:
   1. Accidents arising from a participant's personal conduct during free time not included in the Program schedule
   2. Accidents arising from a participant's violation of the Company's safety instructions or participation rules
   3. Accidents arising from health conditions or allergies that a participant misrepresented or failed to disclose
   4. Loss or theft of cash or valuables not deposited through the storage procedure provided by the Company
   5. Force majeure, including natural disasters, epidemics, war, or government measures
3. The Company is not obligated to intervene in disputes among participants or between a participant and a third party.

Article 10-2 (Travel Insurance and Cost Allocation)

1. Obtaining travel insurance is a mandatory condition for participating in the Program. A person who fails to submit proof by the deadline set by the Company may not participate in the Program.
2. Foreign nationals are not covered by Korea's National Health Insurance. The following costs incurred by a participant during the Program are borne by the participant:
   1. All medical expenses, including treatment and hospitalization costs
   2. Costs of repatriation
   3. Accommodation and meal costs arising from a confirmed infectious disease diagnosis or quarantine
   4. Costs of changing or reissuing airline tickets
3. The Company does not bear the costs set out in Paragraph 2 and is not liable for any loss suffered by a participant as a result of failing to obtain travel insurance or obtaining insurance that does not cover the relevant incident.
4. The group accident insurance obtained by the Company provides coverage incidental to the operation of the Program and does not substitute for the participant's own travel insurance.
5. Participants are responsible for confirming the scope of their insurance coverage when applying. Because many travel insurance policies do not cover maritime activities or quarantine costs, participants should review the policy terms before purchasing.
6. Paragraph 3 does not apply to liability for damages arising from the intent or negligence of the Company or its personnel.

Article 11 (Intellectual Property and Right of Publicity)

1. Rights in the course materials, resources, and program design provided by the Company belong to the Company.
2. The Company may use photographs and videos taken during the Program for its own promotional purposes. Consent for this is obtained separately at the time of application, and declining to consent does not disadvantage the participant's participation in the Program.
3. Separate consent from the guardian is obtained regarding the use of images or footage of participants under the age of 18.
4. Participants must not publicly post photographs or videos of other individuals taken during the Program without that person's consent.

Article 12 (Protection of Personal Information)

Matters relating to the Company's handling of personal information are governed by the "Privacy Policy."

Article 13 (Amendment of the Terms)

1. The Company may amend these Terms within the scope that does not violate applicable laws.
2. Amended Terms will be posted on the website at least 7 days before the effective date (30 days in the case of changes unfavorable to participants).
3. For participants whose contract has already been formed, the Terms in effect at the time the contract was formed will apply.

Article 14 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

1. These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
2. The Busan District Court has jurisdiction over disputes arising in connection with these Terms.
3. However, where a mandatory consumer-protection provision of the country in which the participant resides is more favorable to the participant than these Terms, that provision will prevail.

Article 15 (Language)

These Terms are provided in Korean and English. In the event of any discrepancy in interpretation between the language versions, the Korean version will prevail.

Addendum

These Terms take effect on August 6, 2026.
